The Marketing Team has been working all summer to improve our website, and it has finally gone live! Check it out and let us know what you think! Special thanks to sister Catherine Gauthier (Webmaster) and sister Kersten Smith (Vice President of Marketing) for all of their hard work!
Did You Know —
Since 1910, 85% of the Supreme Court Justices have been fraternity or sorority members. 85% of the Fortune 500 key executives are fraternity or sorority members. Of the nation’s 50 largest corporations, 43 are headed by fraternity or sorority members.
There are only a few weeks of the summer left until the Alpha Phis return to Mason for the start of the Fall semester. Being away from sisters has made this one difficult summer! Who ever thought we would be begging to come back to school! We had to go from spending almost every second outside of class with our sisters and best friends, to only seeing a handful of them on the weekends. For some of us, this summer couldn’t end soon enough.
While at work, it was only natural for us to sneak on to TotalFratMove.com and Pinterest for entertainment, and to remind us that Greek Life does in fact still exists.. While answering phone calls and mindlessly filing papers in the office for 8 hours a day, we were daydreaming of what crafts to make for our new littles!
When 5 ‘o clock finally rolled around, it was time for some crafting therapy. Nothing could take the edge off like picking up some sisters and heading to Michaels or Hobby Lobby; and nothing beats the looks the Phis get from the cashier as we unload a cart of every shade of acrylic paint we could ever need, and enough blocks of wood we could build a small sorority house (if only), and enough glitter it looked like Greek Week came early this year.
Fire up the glue guns and pass me some glitter, it’s time to craft! Who knew our weekend nights would go from Fraternity Parties to Monogramming. We spent a majority of our summer nights painting AOE letters, picture frames, and plaques for our future littles. So if in the last few weeks before we reunite, you find yourself bored or perhaps inspired by the latest Pin, call up some sisters, keep calm, and craft on!!

The New Member Site is one of a kind! The site is an interactive database that will be a helpful tool for New Members in their upcoming New Member Experience. The site can also be a valuable resource for Potential New Members who want to learn more about the amazing sisterhood of Alpha Phi.
The new site takes you on a journey through the history of Alpha Phi, introduces you to our founders through video footage, discusses the importance of service and giving, teaches you all about the Alpha Phi Foundation, and shows just how much Alpha Phis value sisterhood. Perhaps the most impressive media on the new site is the Map of Testimonies. These heartfelt video testimonies remind us why we chose the Silver and Bordeaux!
Take a look for yourself at nm.alphaphi.org – you’ll be glad you did!
